      Up for sale is a beautiful, historically intriguing pair of original vintage miniature etchings (raderinger) by Danish artist A.F. Willumsen (1863-1958). Both pieces capture serene, snow-covered winter scenes of the historic 17th-century Kastellet (Citadel) fortress in Copenhagen, Denmark.

      Housed in matching, elegant gilt-wood frames, these intimate, cabinet-sized pieces are perfect for a gallery wall, a desk easel, or a curated shelf display.

      Piece 2 (The Footbridge):

      - Markings: Hand-signed "A. F. Willumsen"
      - Unique Feature: Includes a rare, personal handwritten dedication in Danish: "Til min Ven Adolf..." (To my friend Adolf...). This indicates it was a personal gift from the artist rather than a standard commercial print.
      - Frame Size: 6.75" x 5.75" x 0.25"

      Condition Note:
      Both frames are structurally intact and the backs are dry. Please note that the larger "Footbridge" piece shows prominent vintage water staining/browning on the bottom right corner of the matting/paper. Please review all close-up photos carefully to evaluate the condition. Sold as-is as a paired set.
