Why I Built This

Hi, I'm Sydnei — owner of Vintage Bliss Marketplace.

I operate three vintage mall locations with over 300 vendors. I've navigated lease disputes, vendor drama, slow seasons, staffing challenges, and every operational curveball this business throws.

And for most of it, I had no one to call.

No peers who understood the dual role of landlord and retailer. No community of operators comparing notes on commission structures or foot traffic strategies. I built my knowledge the hard way — through trial, error, and a lot of expensive lessons.
