Up for your consideration is a stunning, heavily tarnished vintage two-piece commercial-weight silver-plated tea/coffee service set. Manufactured by the iconic American company Wallace Silversmiths, this set features a beautiful, moody aged patina that gives it incredible antique character.
Set Includes:
- 1 x Teapot / Coffee Server: Features a classic curved pouring spout and a detailed scroll handle. Marked on the base with the Wallace hallmark (Stylized "W" with stag heads) and catalog pattern number 4.
- 1 x Lidded Sugar Bowl / Waste Vessel: Features elegant dual-side handles. Marked on the base with "9" over "W.A.".
Condition Details:
- Exterior: Heavy, authentic vintage tarnish and dark oxidation throughout. We have left this original patina uncleaned, as many collectors prefer this rustic look, but it could be shined up with dedicated silver polish if desired.
- Interior: Shows visible signs of age, including wearing, pitting, and mild base-metal exposure from long-term storage or use.
