Damages, Delays and Lost Packages:

Bliss Marketplace LLC is not responsible for the package once it is tendered to the carrier. We do not issue refunds for damages, delays or lost shipments. Claims can be made directly with the carrier within 7 days.

We are a marketplace that is home to more than 300 independent boutiques. Sometimes items listed online may not be available for purchase. In the event that items are no longer available, we will notify you via email and issue you a complete refund.
